Hosting and server log files
This website is built with the website builder Onepage and delivered through its infrastructure. When pages are called up, technically necessary data is processed, in particular the IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, browser and operating system information and the page visited before. This is required to deliver the website securely and reliably (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Images and program files are also delivered through the provider's content delivery network, which likewise processes the IP address.

Enquiries through forms
Visitors can send enquiries through the enquiry form and the contact form. The details entered are processed: name, email address, optionally a phone number, occasion, number of guests, location and preferred date, budget range and message. They are used only to handle the enquiry and to prepare an offer, and are stored in the enquiry system of the website provider. The legal basis is pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and the consent given by submitting the form (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). Consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for its purpose and no statutory retention duties apply.
Contact by email and WhatsApp
Anyone who gets in touch by email has their details stored to handle the request. The website contains a link to WhatsApp. WhatsApp is only opened once the link is clicked; further processing is then carried out by WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland) under its own privacy notices. Merely visiting this website transmits no data to WhatsApp. The legal basis for processing messages is Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR.
Question window (chat)
The question window answers questions with prepared answers. It sends no input to a server, stores nothing and works entirely in the browser. The conversation disappears when the page is reloaded.
Browser storage (language)
The chosen language is stored locally in the browser (local storage) so that it is kept for the next visit. The same applies to the note that the privacy notice banner has been dismissed, so that it is not shown again. This is technically necessary to show the desired language (Section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). No cookies are set for advertising or analytics, and no tracking takes place.
Fonts
The fonts used are loaded from the content delivery network of the website provider. No connection to Google servers is made.
Disclosure to third parties
Data is passed on to third parties only where this is necessary to handle an enquiry or a legal obligation requires it.
Rights of data subjects
Visitors have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Consent given can be withdrawn at any time. An informal email to info@eventi-amore.com is enough. There is also the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, in particular in the German state where the controller is based: [competent state data protection authority].
